flattest crunchwrap supreme ive ever had…the majority of it was tortilla…idk, usually it’s good, but this was just terrible…like I’m sad I spent $5-6 for this

I was frequently going to Taco Bell on a regular basis. I love their soft Tacos. My wife I was getting the power or proteins bowl with chicken. The last four times I have went to this establishment I have requested no cheese and sour cream for the protein bowl because my wife’s cholesterol is up. Each time they failed to get that right. The last time I ask him to double check it when he was trying to be out the food and he told me to pull up and I waited and they brought out the food. After we got home we realized all they did was remove the cheese and sour cream it was still present. So I know it’s OK to go to Taco Bell but don’t make any special request they will not honor it at this location.

Not that I expect much from Taco Bell employees but you could at least hire people and managers that have slightly more intelligence than a goldfish. My order was really, really simple. They forgot my diet Pepsi. Then disappeared from the window like cockroaches and didn't come back for at least 5 minutes. When they did come back I told them they forgot my diet Pepsi and she said " oh we didn't charge you because we are out of diet pepsi" . K. Can I have a different drink , maybe? Then the manager came over and said " we don't have diet Pepsi but we have Pepsi zero. Ok cool. Then they didn't have diet Pepsi or Pepsi zero. After 10 minutes I finally got diet mountain dew. , I think.

I understand that it was night time and there was a long line, but I've never seen a more miserable and rude group of employees at the drive thru. Shoved our food into the car, slamming the window, my husband is bi-lingual and was speaking Spanish at the drive thru to begin with and was told he needed to "go get food somewhere else" as opposed to asking if he could speak English or anything like that. That woman who took over for him was ore polite thankfully but the aggressive attitude with which he severed at the drive thru was unnecessary. I get that everyone has a bad night now and then but the dufebwith the green in his hair was beyond miserable and might need a new profession.

This stores policies regarding Doordash orders have significantly increased customer wait times as well as contributed to several customers being unable to receive orders due to "time out" which forces the customer to re-place their orders. These practices are having serious negative impacts on the ratings, and tips, that Dashers receive.

The service was unusually slow with not many cars in the parking lot and only one other car going through the drive-thru during visit. I ordered 3 chicken taco supremes and Taco Bell Hot sauce. When it was handed to me, my bag felt light but since I was driving, I did not check the contents until I arrived home. To my disappointing surprise, there were no tomatoes nor sour cream on any of the tacos (nor were there any hot sauces). I figured someone made a mistake and fixed regular chicken tacos rather than supremes; disappointing but not a horrible experience. To raise the ante though, the last taco only had a single piece of chicken (see picture). This was completely unacceptable. I called and spoke to the manager on duty - "Madison" - who offered to refill the order for free. Not living in close proximity to the restaurant, I thanked Madison for the gesture. I don't believe I was able to impress upon Madison the level of ineptness that had to be involved with her employee(s) that would send out an order in such a fashion. This not happening again to another customer was much more important to me than getting a free replacement meal. With that said, I caution anyone else considering visiting this location, beware.

I deliver for Uber and the line to this restaurant was out to the street. I had two pick ups in my order and the girl at the speaker said I could only pick up one and would have to drive back around and wait in the excessive long line for the other. I wouldn’t pick up from this restaurant nor deal with their rudeness when another Taco Bell is 2 minutes down the street.
