Whoever is the drive through operator during 12:25am has one of the most professional attitude I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, give this man a raise!

I use app for deals. Last couple of times, had to come inside after selecting curbside pickup. Should be a way for management to disable that option if not properly staffed. Best to select drive thru or pick up inside

I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this store and its franchises. Tonight's struggle was with the kiosk. However, the manager – Tyler – was very helpful with a quick resolution. Hope to have more workers like you! Also, the store was much cleaner than usual.

Who really thinks these keypads that you order on are really safer than an employee taking your order and limiting the handling of the keypad. Another problem is the attitude of the staff!! Is it really that hard for these kids to at least be pleasant??!! I won't be back to this McDonald's, not sure about any other one.

This McDonalds is convenient for me as it is right next to the MTSU university. The employees are always friendly and I never have any problems and this is one of the few locations open 24 hours. I wish more were like that like they were before 2020.

Just left there about 10 mins ago and the lady at the 2nd PICK UP window had a nasty attitude. I was missing my 2 hash browns and then she goes and questions me if they in the bag she just gave me. I ordered a large Carmel Frappe w/double Oreo and double Carmel and low and behold NOT RIGHT. I use to work at McDonald’s so the screen tells it all. Im sorry she was having a bad day but a bad day and you work in public doesn’t mix.

I always go inside to order my food because the kiosks seem to have alot more options than the actual menu on the wall and I can always modify anything I get the food is always good and hot my only complaint is that sometimes I very had to wait 15-20 minutes for an order which I don't necessarily mind but you can tell counter service isn't exactly a focus compared to drive through but the foods good so I don't complain

Imagine driving to the store location during posted open hours only to have someone whos manning the drive thru tell you they are only doing doordash right now. Fundamentally makes no sense.
