Taco Bell

I ordered 4 supreme Doritos tacos. After receiving my food I realized they weren't supreme. When I returned I told the lady at the window they weren't supreme and she told me the entire order would be remade. They didn't remake the order. They took the same tacos they gave me at first and threw a few lousy tomatoes on them, and the icing on the cake is that they didn't give me any hot sauce like I requested. Keep in mind I was polite the entire time and did not give them a hard time at all. Don't go here after sundown this isn't the first time they've disappointed.

Pulled up at 2:13am when the restaurant doesn’t close till 3am and they said they were closed when they clearly weren’t. Had another order and pulled up at 2:23am, again store doesn’t close till 3am, and the employee is sitting on his phone in the lobby. UPDATE, still a very rude lady taking orders in the drive thru. I’d rather wait in the extremely long line at the Taco Bell on Memorial down the street. It needs to hurry and open again. This location clearly needs a revamp of employees.

Taco bell, what can I say? Your food is not the best, but for the money, it is. Your staff is friendly, your atmosphere is comfortably normal. You are not gormet, you are not bad... You are novel, and inexpensive, and good enough to be edible without being so expensive as to not make that worth it. Have I had better food? Sure! But have I had a better experience with fast and cheap food, when I am hungry, short on time, money, and energy? No! You are to me a crutch, a fall back for when I am low on resources, that comforts and nourishes me. I cannot claim you to be the best, but at your niche, Tacobell, you have no equal.

So this is not my "regular" taco bell, but I do pass it on the way home so I've been there a few times. I can tell you the last 3 times they have forgotten something in my order. The first time I let it slide. The last 2 times I checked and went in for them to fix it. They did eventually give me my missing food but acted like it was a big inconvienience for them. I did get a muttered no eye contact apology, so I guess I should be grateful for that. I know its just taco bell and what should I expect, right? But the thing is I get such good service at the location of memorial and Compton. Or at memorial and Northfield. I just wanted to let people know to avoid this location if possible.

The food was good the service is always good. I ordered threw the app and thats why i gave 4 stars because you cant put in any kinda note and when customizing my order they dont offer all the sauces as add on option i like the avocado ranch sauce and i dont like the creamy jalapeño sause there is no option to add the avocado ranch sauce

My room mate and I got food from this 2 weds ago. May 25th, 2022. Only thing he ate that I didn't? Their chicken quesadilla. He got so dehydrated from food poisoning, his kidneys almost needed dialysis. Got him to the ER in time thank goodness, and they committed him. He almost died. We still have left over chicken quesadilla in fridge. We're getting it tested and you guys are getting sued. Someone in your employment almost killed somebody.
