Kfc

Ordered and paid online for a 6:30pm pickup. I arrived at 6:33. I got my order at 7:10pm. I thought this replaced having to wait for order to be prepared. Now the drive thru was moving fast. But there I sat waiting 40 mins after pickup time. On top of that order was wrong, xcrispy got original. Biscuits weren't done in the middle. Wrong drinks I seen this when they were set on counter at this point I didn't care what the drinks were. Will not go back to this location

Pulled up to drive thru, was told there was a 15 minute wait for for extra crispy chicken, 10 minutes for tenders, no pot pies, even longer for original recipe. I decided to wait, parked next to the other waiting people. (Dining room was closed). After 25 minutes someone brought my food out. Got home, discovered several side orders missing. Went back, sat in line for another 40 minutes. Long story short, I asked for and got a refund. What should have taken 20 minutes tops ended up being a 1 hour and 45 minute ordeal (including drive time). This particular location has always been problematic. Slow service, missing items ect. Will not be going back.

I had placed my order online and paid for it and was going to pick it up when I arrived on time I was told it would be over an hour before my order was ready. I started trying to figure out how to cancel my order and get a refund and which lucky enough to find KFC corporate number and call them to do so.

My daughter works in healthcare on 2nd shift. She went through the drive-thru to order food for herself and two coworkers, each order being paid separately. The manager said they could only take two orders per car. She asked if she could drive around again to get the third order and was told no. So, my daughter is working a full shift with no lunch. Thanks KFC. I gave a one star review only because I can't give a zero. Shame on you!

We stopped tonight and got 4 original breasts. When we got home, they were so small that at first look, we thought we had gotten thighs. Each was about 2 bites of some of the driest chicken I’ve ever eaten. The breading didn’t even look or taste right. We use this store often, but will certainly reconsider after this experience.

I place my order through the website app and when I arrive to pick up my food it was sitting on a shelf that was not heated so my food was cold. Contacted KFC corporate office twice and so far no response as to why it happened. Very disappointed of spending $80 for chicken and side items to come home and have to heat everything. One dissatisfied customer.
