I came in twice last week to order food. The place was slammed because of Mexican pizzas. But I will say the guy taking orders was honest about how long it would take to get their order made. He told people it would be like 20 minutes. The people putting together the orders were literally working their butts off. Nobody was standing around or slacking. They were all working so hard get everybody’s order out. It was incredible teamwork happening. I was there on an afternoon when school got out and on Saturday night. It’s amazing how they keep it together considering that they have app orders, Uber eats orders, drive-through orders and inside the store orders. And the food was exactly what I expected. It was good and hot.

I went to the location at 2732 Saint Andrews Dr In Murfreesboro TN. On 5/31/22 around 8 pm. I waited in line for about 25 mins, finally made it to the window and was told I would have to wait longer because there were issues with the card reader. After about 5 mins of waiting and realizing that my food was sitting with them getting cold I told the cashier to cancel the order. I expressed to the cashier my concerns and told them that they should notify customers that the card machine is having issues while at the speaker. I then asked for corporate number and the cashier proceeded to say that he didn’t have it so he asked the manager. The manager came to the drive through window with the nastiest attitude asking me why do I need the number. I explained to him my reason and he proceeded to say “that’s not my fault”. Once again, I told him that they should be notifying customers about the issue instead of having us wait in the line for 30 mins. He began to argue with me. I then said to him “I’m not going to argue with you about this May I please have corporate number” he then said to me “ I don’t have it, Google it”. I asked for his name, he hesitated and then said his name is”John” just in case he gave me a fake name it was the black man with the bad acne. He needs to be fired or demoted to a cook. Clearly he hates his job and he need to find something that better fits his needs because he lacks professionalism.

I have mixed feeling about this location in particular. Gonna be honest, I only ever get bean burritos and the like, but they still find ways to mess it up. When you go inside, the wait time is usually very long, as they prioritize people in the drive though line. Use the drive through if possible.

Did the drive-thru and it went quick. Got exactly what I ordered and everything tasted very good. The person taking the order was nice and the person giving me my food was nice. One thing I liked was usually when I order extra beef on my burrito Supreme, they put extra beans, not beef, but this place got it correct!!! I will be back!!!🌮🌮🌮

Glad this has re-opened for inside dining. Everything was clean and orderly. Condiments napkins and straws available behind counter.
