Hi we recently visited this chic filet on memorial in Murfreesboro and we were very disappointed. I have been to a lot of chic filets in my life and this indoor kids play area was maybe the grossest of them all. Chic filet is usually really good about cleaning and sanitizing all areas but this one was a let down, especially during covid times …The windows in the kids play tunnel were gross and coated with kids handprints and looked like they haven’t been cleaned inside in a very long time. The rubber floor in the kids play area was breaking off into little pieces and my 2 year old found several pieces and put them in his mouth! and I was constantly digging them out of his mouth very dangerous. It seems like some vacuuming and window wipes could easily fix these problems. Not only that there were old pairs of socks inside the shoe cubbies and the shoe cubbies were dirty and so were the seats above them for sitting. It definitely just needed a thorough cleaning and looks like it hadn’t been in some time. Keep in mind I was not there at 5 pm after a full day of people, I was there 9:30 am on a Monday and they are closed Sunday so I guess they just left it like that all weekend. The restaurant it’s self looked to be in ok cleanliness but the food was also not as good as most chic filets. The hash browns I received were greasy and the biscuits to the mini chic biscuits were still doughy falling apart like they were not cooked completely. The chic filet workers at this location also not as friendly as most I have been to. I guess we hold chic filet to have higher standards than most fast food and when you run into these issues it’s very disappointing.

I love Chic-fil-A's breakfast burrito. So whenever I have the opportunity, I stop by and satisfy my craving. Today's experience was certainly a wonderful way to start my day. I pulled up to the drive thru and my order was quickly taken. My order was waiting for me when I pulled up to the window. Talk about great service! The service was fast and my order was complete. The associate greeted me with a smile and gave off positive vibes.

Worst customer service ever from the manager Sam Mcskill. I came through the drive through and was given the wrong salad and I discovered this when I got home. I called and spoke with the manger and he said to come back to correct it. When I got there he seemed to be very sarcastic and nonchalant about they error. I don’t live close by so this was a inconvenience to have to come back. All I needed was a salad and instead of getting it for me he started to do other things and just dismissed me. When I asked another employee for the salad then he claims he forgot and sat the salad down. I understand that this location does get busy but it was not busy when I went. My main complaint is not the error but the lack of professionalism and how he just made me feel as if it didn’t matter. Terrible representation for this chain and location.

I attempted to order a Cool chicken wrap with no lettuce. I have ordered this at many restaurants with no lettuce. I was told it was now premade and could not order it this way so I ordered a fried chicken sandwich that I did not want and fries. The bun was cold and greasy. The fries were cold, looked old, hard, no salt and not good. I was told that management made the decision to pre-make all "cool" items and they cant be altered. I find this horrible customer service and a bad decision on this management staff. One worker stated as I was pulling around that people are quitting due to the management. I know the pandemic has brought about many changes, but this store is pathetic at best. They were one of the last around here to open the dinning room up, never had any help, food not good, poor service and on multiple times have gotten my order wrong. I used points one day to get a brownie. They told me they did not have any that they were still frozen. I told them to put it in a box and it would thaw out for later. Pathetic. Corporate needs to do some serious takeover with this restaurant. I have ordered a chicken biscuit and got to work to find I have a spicy chicken biscuit. I threw it away as it was too spicy. Tried calling back to restaurant, they never answered. Again, pathetic.

I rarely go here but when I do the market salad is never correct. I usually ask for an extra packet of dressing and never get it. And the toppings that usually come with I don’t get anymore. Instead it’s toppings for another type of salad. This happens EVERY TIME. I’d rather have my food correct than it be fast.

Chik-Fil-A is always great, but THIS one was amazing! Workers were coming around to refill drinks (I know they do that a lot), but they were also handing out balloons to kids, and the best part? I started raining so hard, and they had employees to wall you out with an umbrella! Excellent service at a place where it is always their pleasure!

Order from Chick-fil-A at least once or twice a week been doing it for about three years now never once had a bad experience if you’re looking for quick easy food taste pretty good this is where to find it.
