Papa Johns Pizza

Austin the manager is hands down the best. I messed up and wasn’t able to change my address on the app. The order was going to go to my address 7 years ago. The store on church street was actually clueless but Austin was very knowledgeable and reached out to the other store to get my pizzas delivered. It’s not about if they could transfer my order or not, it’s that his customer service was superior! Ty. Order from old fort location! They are awesome!!!

When I ordered my pizza it said 34-40 min on how long it would take to get here. A hour and a half later and I still don't have my order. When I looked at the tracking to see where my order was it said it was already delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened and I usually don't write bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure when/if I get my order it will be cold.

Such a terrible experience last night! Only got half my order and that took over 2 hours to get. Called the store several times and they kept telling me that yes half my order was left in store and not delivered and yes it was on the way and it was never delivered and no refund. Never received 1 NY Style One Topping Pizza, 4 Pizza Dipping Sauce Cup, or 4 Special Garlic Dipping Sauce Cup.

Pizza, Pizza! I dunno what commercial that is. But I say that everytime Pizza is for dinner. Papa John’s, to my surprise, pizza was pretty darn good! We got stuff crust-double pepperoni with premium cheeses and pineapple. I have never liked Papa John’s. It was always so greasy and and everything would just slide off the pizza. It grossed me out. I would t even sit next to someone eating it. When they said we ordered Papa John’s, I was so mad because I put in more money than anyone. I was fuming. But when they are fixing their plates, I could tell it was nothing like it used to be. I have actually suggested it on my own. Surprised my self. 🤪
