I stopped eating at any Krystal because it's never fresh, It is inconsistent and generally not a good value... I stopped at this one this morning on a whim having never visited this location. I'm so glad I did! If the food at every Krystal was this fresh, and the service this nice... I would eat at Krystal all the time. Everyone else needs to look here to see what they did right!

It had been years since I had eaten at Kystal's.. Krystal's has always been a staple in my childhood and out of nowhere I decided to get me some. The burgers were just as delicious as I remembered, and the sweet tea is amazing

They wouldn’t add a side of pickles at the window. My order was made wrong. There was no utensils given with my order of chili cheese fries. And the lobby was closed. This krystals truly made me feel like reconsidering ever stopping at another. Just sad service all around.

I've tried to go through this Krystal drive thru 4 times this year. Once I was successful. Three times I ate at Burger King instead. How do you stay open when your customers can sit at the speaker outside for five minutes or more at 2 or 3 in the afternoon? There is no dine in service. No greeting, or "just one moment, please"...? To pull up to the window and see employees sitting and talking. I'm absolutely certain somebody somewhere ought to be appalled at the disregard with which their investment is being treated.

I don't always eat krystals but when I do, I really freaking love service like this. Hot and fresh, fast and helped decide the most sensible way to order for myself and my GF without spending a ton of money at McDonald's etc

Long wait but only had two employees working and they were the best!!! Woman who took our order brought out our food and was very polite and pleasant!!!

The people were extremely nice and all my complicated order was correct! Which is a rare thing. Especially for the one in Antioch. You guys are awesome 👊
