Burger King

I'm normally pretty lax when it comes to talking about fast food. I know what I'm getting into when I go to any of the chains. However, when I order something called a "Big King," I assume it would be, ya know, big. At least a little larger than a Krystal slider. The only thing that kept it from a one star review is that it tasted fine.

This unit is 1 of 5 close to me. I decided to try it as the unit at 819 Memorial has been having difficulty with orders, product quality, staffing, and providing even luke warm burgers or fresh fries, enough veggies, and over saturating the sandwich with mayonnaise. When went to this unit I was treated with courtesy and respect. My order made on the app was made just as I ordered it and the fries were hot plus not under or over cooked. I received an additional discount at the pickup window when I paid for my already discounted sandwich and free medium fries. I will most definitely use this unit for my once a week burger meal. Especially with the well trained and very helpful staff. I give them a 10 star rating on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being extremely satisfied.

This Burger King always has a long SLOW line!! I have waited up to 20 minutes several times! Also if you have a long wait be sure to check your bag before leaving because there is guaranteed to have something missing!! I wanted to give them 2 stars but since they are kind and apologetic about the time and food being forgotten I gave them an extra star!!! Mid day and night shift are the worse! Sometimes I wonder if they have to kill the cow to make the burgers!!🙁😳😣

Waited at the drive thru menu to place order for 33 mins. When someone finally took my order (I ordered online.) I was asked to drive to the 2nd window. That took another 15 mins. When I reached the 2nd window I was asked by 3 different individuals what I ordered. I sat at the window for another 10 mins before I received my order. I wanted to leave the drive thru without my order, being I was so dissatisfied with customer service at this location. No sense of urgency at all. However, being I paid online... I was sure I would not receive a refund immediately or at all. I wanted to go next door to McDonald's because this never happens there. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this Burger King location. Order placed online at Mar 31, 2022, 7:32 PM. Order #19
