Sonic Drive-in

9/17/ 2021 7pm Stopped to order 3 large strawberry shakes. Pressed red button, tone heard. Waited 10 minutes. Booths either side received pre- orders. My screen indicated button pushed and someone would be with me. Booths either side received new guest. Tones heard at theirs also. Voices heard at theirs asking their orders. 10 more minutes no contact. Went too Kroger bought two half gallons of real strawberry 🍓 ice cream and malted milk 😋 powder. Made awsome strawberry 🍓 shakes at home in ninja blender.Had 1/2 gallon of ice cream still unopened for later Kroger bill $9 and change. They had many other yummy flavors also. They must have a bad terminal to the right when you come out their door. They usually have this all done in 7 minutes on average. I usually tip with dollars folded up into a Origami bi-plane. That experience was not consistent with their normal service.

Got out of my car to get something out of my back seat and I was in a super good mood so I did a couple spins as I walked around the back of my car got what I needed and then got back in my car. When the police got there they said someone that worked there called them and that they were there because I was dancing in public.. most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of in my life. Completely embarrassed. Had to do a sobriety test in front of everyone for no reason. Then they didn't want to serve me but I had already ordered and payed so I had to push the button again and get them to bring my food to me after the police went. Definitely will not be going back to this sonic again.

Employees are nice, but everytime I go to this location, my order is wrong. This last time I ordered a breakfast burrito with no sausage, it still had sausage on it. I also ordered a sprite and got water instead. they replaced my drink when I said something, but still upsetting that my food was wrong too.

Order combo #1 without onions, after smelling the onion, I pulled back into the stall, pushed the red button again. Told the young lady that I had ordered the burger without onions, ok so you think that they would get it right. I didn't look in tje bag because it was folded very nicely got 🏡 only to open the bag and smell onions again, from the looks of the burger they tries to scrap the onions of the burger. I called only to get voicemail, so I called again because I am very 😠... I speak with a young lady who asked if I wanted to come back to get a new burger, that wasn't an option since I had already driven to get it and it was late. Spoke with the manager, he understood that I was 😠 about the situation. Managet asked what he could to make it right, I just want a FULL refund for the food. My advice always check your food before leaving.
