Domino's Pizza

My husband and I order every Saturday from this dominos, but we won't be ordering at all any more I think. Yesterday we placed a very simple $20 order of 2 pizzas with an almost $10 tip. This is commonplace for our Saturday night dinner and typically we have no issues. The driver rang our gate code and after 20 minutes we still had no pizza. My husband had just gotten home after working almost 16 hours hoping dinner would be getting there at the same time. You can imagine his surprise when he checked the tracker that said delivered. I called the store manager who told me the driver dropped my pizza off by the front door - obviously not otherwise I wouldn't be calling to say it wasn't there. (For a 50% tip/you have one job you'd think they would check the address a little better.) The manager was very nice and I received a full refund plus new pizza. However, the new pizza was cold, sloppy, and carelessly made. I watched the driver for the new pizzas slam them down in front of my door, bang on the door like they paid rent here, and then kick my sauce cup down the breezeway. I didn't know children were allowed to have a job let alone a driver's license to deliver pizza 🤔 I'll just drive to Donato's next time.

Ordered my pizza tonight only time I get correct order is when I do online orders..but tonight website won't let my order go in . I order thin crust , light sauce, with ham , banana peppers and pineapples and 2 20oz diet cokes. I got a pizza with garlic parmesan sauce (YUCK) now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive my refund for there people not listening to the customer. I hope your Corp office sees these Domino's on Fortress blvd. Murfreesboro TN

Completely immature and unprofessional management. No wonder they are so desperate for employees. TRAIN YOUR MANAGEMENT to run the store efficiently and communicate with employees appropriately. Not to mention the other week I ordered a pizza for curbside delivery. There is a visible timer on the app that counts down and if your pizza isn’t delivered to your car within that time, you receive a free pizza. Well someone stopped the timer because I guess they knew it would take longer than the timer to bring out my pizza. I should have received it for free but decided not to complain, but since I now know how this store is ran I don’t feel bad whatsoever.

I would rate the restaurant less than zero if possible. I Ordered a pizza at 5:45 pm using Dominos “order on line” option. Because I have had past problems getting an order on time from this location on Fortress Blvd. in Murfreesboro TN, I decided to call the location at 6:20 PM to ensure the order was on its way, young female answered the phone and immediately put my call on hold without even asking why I was calling. Meanwhile 15 minutes later, I hung up because no one ever answered my call. I called back and eventually got a young man to answer, I explained why I called and he promptly informed me to have a pizza delivered it was going to take 2 hours. Let me say that again, 2HOURS!!!!! I of course told him I would like a refund and he promptly hung up my call. I had to call back for a 3rd time to get a verbal confirmation that my order would be refunded. A complete waste of an hour of my time. Im waiting to see if I actually get refunded. To the Point - if you’re hungry, what ever you do don’t waste you time calling this location for pizza delivery!
