Flying M Coffee Garage

This was an interesting place to visit. Looks like the building was an auto repair shop. What would have been the office space is the coffee shop, which had other retail Americana which made me think of something similar to a Stuckeys. The garage bays have been turned into a seating area that looks as though the bay doors could still be raised in warmer weather. The staff was friendly and polite, and the selection of muffins, scones, croissants, cookies, and other traditional coffee shop goodies was nothing short of amazing. The prices were a touch steep, but still less than Starbucks on average. I ordered a no bake cookie and a pinepple-zucchini muffin, both excellent. All in all, a place deserving of the four star rating, and while it's not someplace I would go every day, that's more a function of the distance to Nampa than anything wrong with the store.
