360 Bistro

360 Bistro is delightful. From the incredibly large wine collection, to the carefully crafted food for ultimate flavor punches. They know what they are doing and do it well. You could even come in and drink wine and eat the charcuterie board. Overall a fantastic experience, delightful staff, and amazing food.

Excellent lunch experience! The burger was mouthwatering and the fries were also absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing and our server, Jordan, was just terrific. She was able to make just the right recommendations to suit what we were looking for. The Creme Brulee was to die for. I'll definitely be a return visitor.

A great experience, from the service to the food. We were staying at a nearby VRBO. I had Googled nearby restaurants, saw 360 Bistro, liked the menu, and decided to give it a try. I called 360 shortly after we arrived at the VRBO around 7:30 pm on a Thursday, and they were able to get us in at 8:20. Plan ahead if you can. It is not cheap -- we spent, with tip, nearly $300 for three people -- but it was worth every penny. We thought about going back the last night of our four-day stay. That said, I will start with my only negatives. On the plus side, the Caesar salad included white anchovies. I like anchovies. I could have used a few more given that white anchovies are relatively mild. Our daughter is not so much an anchovies fan. She thought the amount was fine. If you like anchovies, I suggest you ask about extras on the side. We both agreed, however, that the dressing needed more garlic and less vinegar. Overall, the salad was good, but for us would have been better with more garlic. In all my years ordering Caesar salad, I have found only two restaurants that provided sufficient garlic versus vinegar that I like, so take that into consideration. Also, the ambience is just okay. A bit cold and stark. It was noisy when we first arrived. Given the overall quality of the restaurant, I was a bit surprised that the ambience was not better, but its impact on our experience was minimal. I am a retired corporate attorney, and I am sensitive to being accused of being an ambiance chaser, so take that into consideration too. To start, our cocktails were excellent. I failed to retain our itemized bill, and given that I am now in my mid-60s, I cannot tell you what we had, other than I had a Hendricks martini with blue cheese olives, which was very good. As for the entrees, my wife and daughter order the steak frites, which they both agreed was excellent. Cooked perfectly. I ordered the sashimi tuna, which is hard to find at most restaurants we've been to. It was outstanding. A very generous portion. Perfectly seared. Given the disparity of entrees, my wife and I each ordered a glass of wine rather than a bottle. Our waiter, "Elia B." was quite helpful in helping us choose, given the extensive wines by the glass menu, the most extensive I can recall seeing. The suggested wine on the menu for my tuna was more than I wanted to spend, and Elia suggested both a white and red wine that I might enjoy. I chose the pinot noir she suggested. We enjoyed her recommendations. For dessert, we chose the gelato flight. We all agreed, overall, that the entire dinner was excellent.

Always a solid selection for lunch or dinner. Service is professional. Food, I often opt for the burger, is well prepared. Have noticed that it is almost impossible to touch a bottle of wine for less than $100. Not so much due to quality, but to markup. Used to be restaurants would double retail prices. They of course are not paying retail but that's ok. Quick search will show you many of the wines are now three times retail. This is a trend in the restaurant business. Was even a Wall Street Journal article on this issue. Realize that its been a difficult time but makes you feel like you are being gouged. Will be back
