May I tell you that the staff tonight was fabulous! We have an early departure tomorrow and decided to pick up a sandwich.
Although we haven’t tasted the food yet I wanted to comment on the great service!

We placed a pretty big lunch order yesterday, then walked to pick it up from the Music Hall. It was ready super fast and every order was correct. Although they were packed (it was peak Lunch Rush when we ordered) the staff was still friendly and really helpful when we went in.

Surprisingly quick service for a cramped downtown location! Food is on par with other Jimmy John’s (very tasty!!) and price is reasonable for the area. I work in a building just a block away, and this is my (and many coworkers’) go-to for an easy meal when in-office.

I absolutely love this place Kasey is amazing and so is her team. I am a regular customer I order the same sandwhich every few weeks and that ice cold Powerade is the best.

First of all, customer service is always a make or break for me and I was so happy to experience good customer service after a long morning waiting at a nearby hotel. I walked to the restaurant and my sandwich was made immediately and with care. It was also very fresh and tasty, I will be coming back while I'm here!

I go to plenty Jimmy John's locations and this is by far one of my favorites. Staff always seems busy but still kind and courteous. Also it's always freaky fast!

I use to work there so I'm going to show big Love for them. The food is always fresh and made freaky fast plus the workers are the best, most good hearted freaks I know. It's downtown in the most popular area near Broadway and near the Titans statium. Tell Barbie she is the best person to represent Jimmy John's and give her a generous tip bc she is my best friend for life. 👍😁😘😍

Had a great experience at this location. I have a student with a milk and egg allergy they walked us through the menu options (during lunch rush) and the sandwich maker let us know he would wipe down the surface and change out his gloves. Super appreciative of the service I received at noon on June 29!!! Great job staff!!

I love this place. I think the manager that was on duty that day was not very hospitable. I was being checjed out by a gentleman and she rudely intercepted by stating to him he was not supposed to be behind the counter. My take away is the guy was very informative about getting their app and very helpful about sandwiches to my daughter and I.

Talk about exceptional customer experience! James and his crew have taken phenomenal care of me every time I've been in. They take the utmost care to show that they care about your order specifically, and to assure you the order will be done promptly. Honestly it's just a sandwich shop, but the crew here makes grabbing a quick lunch a delightful experience.
