Waffle House

So we went to this same waffle house two nights before. Granted the food was on point and delicious, the line cook mixed up my co workers and my orders for simple issues. Went back tonight and it was the same cool lil guy aking our order but different line cook. EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT!!!! I expect a mediocre tbone and hashbrowns but i will tell you, she checked with me twice on my t bone and hashbrowns were perfect to order. Both me and my co worker were blown away at how attentive to the details this little lady was on that flat iron. Our waffle house order tonight was beyond what a steakhouse wouldve accomplished! I felt warmed and welcomed by the folks here. The few people working were all chatting causally between themselves between customers, you can tell this crew tends to vibe really well and I think a large part of that is because the cook seems like someone who is consistently showing up. So this felt like a fun spot. They were only doing takeout when I was there, that was a bummer because I had to eat in my car but whatever. If you’ve never been before, I recommend the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It’s beyond better than what you get at other fast food spots. Consider getting your hash browns doubled, covered and smothered. Put some jam in it and you’re good!
