I love the Birdhouse! I usually get the bibimbap and my wife will typically get the lettuce wraps., but we have pretty much tried everything on the menu. It seems like the banchan changes regularly, but there are a few staples that are always available (Kimchi green, pickled bean sprouts, onions, etc.). The protein choices are mushrooms, double-fried chicken, and beef brisket. The chicken is moist and crunchy, and the sauces vary in taste and heat. The brisket is extremely tender; it practically melts in your mouth.
For an easy introduction, try the Bibimbap bowl with chicken and the house sauce. It's not too spicy, and it has a great mix of flavors. Be sure to get there early, because they do occasionally run out of menu items.

Best smoked chicken in town where you got it Korean. The plates look small but are very filling . Tried the wings with house sauce not spicy enough for a few folks but the quarter chicken is the real secret here
