This was my first time visiting this location due to 21st telling me they were only taking mobile orders. But this location exceeded my expectations by far compared to all the other locations. Stella was super friendly and made my order perfect just how I like it! And Jorge the cashier was super friendly and helpful as well! My order was super fresh and the dining room was spotless! This will definitely be my home location from this point onwards. Great workers and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend over the Vanderbilt location any day hands down

Mya, was very nice and helpful,so was the young lady that filled my order but I didn't catch her name, it was my first time here and they helped me figure out the app and I almost forgot my phone and they made sure that I left with it awesome folks they need a raise

Great, fresh food! Nice location. (I wish they had riced cauliflower as a healthy low-carb option instead of rice - it would be more filling than lettuce.) But you can always count on it being delicious.

The food was well-cooked and seasoned, the food prep station was really clean, the workers were friendly and attentive, and the seating area was really well-kept! Some chipotle’s are a hit and a miss on cleanliness and food quality, and this place was a hit!

I was served on June 29th, and was greeted with the friendliest faces I’ve ever seen. Charica, Keshawn, and Nijah were so helpful! It was busy and they kept the line MOVING! I couldn’t believe it! Keshawn was quick and diligent while Charica and Nijah were talking to me after having had a rough evening they cheered me up beyond belief! These 3 are outstanding workers with the best personalities and performance of any chipotle, or heck even any restaurant I’ve ever been in. Whoever is running this place, good job! Keep these 3! As soon as they had finished my order all 3 went straight out and cleaned the already pretty clean dining room. And I didn’t have to wait for anything! It was stocked and neat! The most beautiful Chipotle I’ve ever stepped in! I will be coming back!

My dad forget his wallet and phone at this location and the staff on site found it without us being able to get through to the restaurant from the phone. Though we wish they'd picked up the phone, we're beyond grateful for good people in the world who do a good act of service for others.

Good food! The door was locked when I arrived. It was 10:45 and I don’t think they opened until 11, however they let me in.

First off the staff were super friendly and quick to take my order when I walked into the restaurant. The quality of the options were nicely displayed and appeared to be fresh. At approximately 2:30pm I had no wait and was immediately greeted by a tall male employee from behind the counter. My order was fulfilled and they suggested the new lemonade flavor at closing. The shop looked clean and tidy. If in the Nashville/ Vanderbilt University area check out Chipotle to satisfy your cravings.

Finally are here and the food was good. I went to the one in Lexington. KY 2x and I was disappointed. The first time they were out of Chicken. The second time the chicken was burnt. So I can say I am very pleased to say I was 🔥🔥🔥🔥
