Went through drive thru. The lady who took my order this day was very nice and helpful. Very considerate towards me ... even though I could not make my mind up. She really helped me make a decision on what I was needing. So I would like to brag on her. Because the last few times I went through and got burgers the drive thru customer service lady was VERY RUDE... WHICH HAD STOPPED ME FROM GOING TO THIS LOCATION... FOR A YEAR. SO... it was a relief and very nice sale for me that day. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF... WHY DID KRYSTALS GET SO HIGH???? 40 $ FOR 25 KRYSTALS 2 FRIES AND 2 DRINKS. THATS REDICULOUS... WOW! But I love them every now and then. So krystals ÒN CHARLOTTE PK. NASHVILLE , TN. Thank u for bringing a nice cashier order representing in.

Drive through line went really quick! Only issue I had was I ordered extra onions on my burgers and all the onions were at the bottom of the boxes not on my burger!

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but in this case, I must. We're from out of state and looking for a quick lunch. My wife found this Krystal so we tried it and I'm glad we did. The chili fries was exceptional, an this from someone that ate a lot at coney island in Michigan. Top notch staffing too. Next time in Nashville, I will be back...

Service at drive thru was quick. Prepared order quickly. It was fresh and hot. The person who waited on me was very kind . Made sure she included napkins and silverware and asked if I needed anything else . She had a great personality.

Absolutely bangin I don’t know what anybody else talking about, ordered tots and a corn pup, told me there was a wait, no problemo, chit chatted with the master chef flipping the lil cheese meat Cubes, great service. GOBLESS!
