Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just don’t understand why this place has to be as bad as it is… I’ve been there twice this past week and have witnessed the employees be rude to customers when asked a question.. One time- it even seemed like the manager was right next to the girl being rude and didn’t do a thing about it! They are constantly low on ingredients and won’t tell you when they didn’t add them to your bowl as ordered, or they’ll just scrape the tiny amount off the sides of the container and seem to think that’s sufficient. Please stop being so lazy. The photos below are what “extra cheese” and a topping of lettuce look like to them.

I went in to order for dinner. I stood in the area right before you’d typically order for several minutes without so much as a look or hey can I help you and finally I said is it online only and she said yeah. I was going to order but the app update etc nah so I left and realized there’s a SINGLE sign with a font size 12 note about it. I will gladly follow the rules no problem but like it was a simple hey can I help you then tell me oh yeah it’s online only. I probably would’ve waited for upgrades etc but wasn’t worth it to me!!

I’m sitting here hungry because I happen to be one of those people who orders food the way they enjoy eating it. I also happen to expect to open a bag and see exactly what I paid for. Needless to say, I’m frustrated especially after waiting outside for an extra half hour because you all weren’t allowing customers inside. Sure I got a free entrée, but did I considering that I couldn’t eat this one? You’re just remaking my meal.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The food was still good (hence 2 stars), but the staff were so lazy, portions were half the regular size, and all the people on the line avoided using words or making eye contact. Very slow and dysfunctional team at this location. Wish I had better things to say :/

I came in this past Saturday and ordered 1 tortilla wrap & two bowls with white rice, half chicken, half steak, corn, pico, sour cream, green verde sauce, cheese and lettuce. I can tell the young Hispanic guy at the register didn’t know how to ring it up as he kept asking the African American girl beside him what to do. The young Hispanic guy at the register said my total was $18 but when I checked my account later that day $26 was charged !!!! I’m thinking he saw the tortilla and wrap and rung it up as a burrito. He never gave me a receipt, probably because he knew he has made a mistake. I’ve tried calling several times and I have yet to get an answer. I don’t normally come to this chipotle and now I know to never come back. Do better.
