Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered wings and a side salad Togo. The wings were okay, weren't as crispy as I like. The salad though, I think they ran out of salad lettuce and threw sandwich shredded lettuce and a sliced tomato in there. I was like, I paid 5 bucks for this, sandwich toppings! So I don't recommend getting a salad.

At first my husband and I were bummed, after 20 minutes of sitting and waiting for a waiter, we were finally given menus and waited another 20-25 minutes for our original waiter to come back. A new waiter Chris had come to take our order and immediately apologized and explained he was asked to take our table unexpectedly and continued to apologize for our wait. He happily took our order, got our drinks and appetizers out in a swift manner and shared actual curiosity in who we were and how we were doing, as well as little things like taking interest in what we did for work and other things. He frequently brought my husband refills, (which was not expected because my husband puts down drinks like an elephant), we could tell Chris was very busy and quite possibly slightly overwhelmed by the extra tables, but never once did we feel as if we were a burden to him. He was very polite and kind. In the midst of the crazy night and crowd, he did a fantastic job checking on us and seemed to do well with the other tables he had. Everyone looked happy when he was around! My husband and I are quite grateful things turned out the way they did. Great job tonight Chris! You made the entire experience take a 360! Because the pandemic they are super short staffed. The food was AWESOME and all the servers were great! Our server especially was wonderful. Very attentive but very busy. She still did a great job. Give them some grace, patience and kindness if you're there. They are doing their best and this is a frustrating time for servers. Food was the best I've had in years!

WE LOVE BUFFALO WILD WINGS! On our cheat days we definitely take advantage of their Tuesday but one get one free special. My favorite is the spicy garlic and lemon pepper, his is mango habanero and he tried a new flavor called PIZZA! I think you can tell he enjoyed it lol customer service was great, very clean and the food was hot. Our server was very friendly and informative and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely will be back 💜 thank you!
