Qdoba Mexican Eats - West End

I used to love Qdoba. Had to have it when I visited Nashville. Now it is just ok and it's never warm enough. I get the veggie bowl or burrito so I can't vouch for the meat entrees. The veggies could be seasoned a little more. The green and red salsas are good though. The staff is friendly and the line moves quick.

Very friendly staff that greets you when you walk in and very receptive to any requests you have! Food is decent its what youd expect from a fast food mex american place like qdoba. Only wish it was open later like it used to be 8 is a bit too early even 9 would be ideal but other than that no complaints!

I'm addicted to these burritos! Qdoba makes a great burrito with a lot of customizable options, and this location always has my order ready on time! The staff is very friendly, fast and efficient. I recommend placing a pickup order ahead of time so it's ready right when you get there. They have a separate area for pickups so it doesn't slow down the walk-in customers and enables the pickup customers to grab their food and get out quickly. Overall, this is my favorite Qdoba and I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, satisfying meal!

When I first stepped into this restaurant I thought I'd stepped into a Chipotle. The menu is very similar to Chipotle but with some differences. That being said I enjoyed my two meals from here. The first day I bought a burrito and it was good. The second time I visited I ordered a bowl with steak and a side taco. Overall good especially when you are hungry. The staff needs a course in customer service. When I first walked in they thought that standing around talking was more important than acknowledging my presence. It took a while before someone asked if I needed help. But go for the food if you are hungry. The trip was not a total loss.

First time trying this place got burritos they were really good so definitely would give this place a try if you're in the area. We will be definitely trying again. Also I want to say there cash register was down and they didn't have no way to take my cash so they gave us the Meal for free which was over $30 so thank you guys a lot.

I have been frequenting this location for years. The food has always been flavorful and filling. The service...has been spotty at best. I went in today, after 6p and I had to take a moment to commend Zadia, Charika and Jamiya, plus 2 other ladies (I didn't get their names). They gave impeccable service. Friendly, professional and helpful. Checked on me to see if I needed anything, it was so unexpected, love it!!
