Crossroads Grille

Great food and good service. Food is made to order and doesn't just sit under a heat lamp, which in turn takes a little time. So be patient on the food coming out, but the food in the end is worth it. You can tell the owner means well when he personally comes out to check on how the food is to make sure you are happy.

Update: Just home from a wonderful time at your place. Deona is an absolute sweetheart! Such a wonderful server. Mr. Gaddy, thank you for the introduction and warm welcome. I can't begin to tell you how much you impressed me by your hospitality. I live in LaVergne and think this will now be my spot. Keep doing what you're doing! Great food, drinks and vibe! I went this past Sunday and it was fairly late. Although there weren't many people in there, for obvious reasons, it was still a nice vibe. Our server, can't remember her name to save my life, was super sweet and friendly. We didn't order anything that would take much skill on the food and drink front. Wine and cheese sticks. However, that lovely lady was right on top of it every time my wine evaporated. I just really wanted to go in and get a feel for the place being slightly over 40 and wanting to go somewhere where folks are more mature and I don't have to worry about getting shot. So, I have every intention to go back Friday and possibly Saturday too. We'll see what kind of review I have then :-)

I came on a Friday about 7pm. It wasn't crowded, but comfortable even at 830. The service and drinks were good. The quesadilla was greasy, but very tasty. Nobody ordered chicken this time, but I've heard it's good. The live band started at 8 and they had the crowd jumping. The crowd was 35 and up and very comfortable for me. Dress was casual, but not trashy.

The food was VERY good, but as another reviewer noted the service was a little on the slow side (in that the food took a while to come out even though only about 3 tables were occupied), but on the other side of that coin we were treated well; our server made sure our beverages didn't run dry while we were waiting. It would be a 5 if the food came out faster. If it were super busy I could understand it taking a while but not when it's slow. Overall.... this is a place I would return to.

Crossroads Grille is an amazing place! A wonderful experience every time I go. The food is great and I'm slowing making my way through the menu, always trying something new. Have loved every item. It's hard to find a place that has amazing food, service, music, atmosphere, and safety! The owners go out of the way to make sure everyone has a great time and if something is wrong they will fix it immediately. Hard to find these days. My favorite spot on a Friday night. Much needed it Antioch! Love it!
