Shoney's

Very friendly environment all the workers are very happy and willing to make customers happy managers try there best the place is clean and neat and food comes out fast our favorite waitress was Tessa when she work there she was great about attending to the tables and keeping a smile on her face as long as she works there I'll keep coming back. Sad to say she no longer works at the Thompson one location. But she left some awesome memories with a lot of customers and employees .

The food buffet is very nice. Everything was well prepared the visual made it very appealing. The flavors were all OnPoint I enjoyed my lunch here. I've even experienced the takeout and that was a nice addition to my lunch on the Run. The bar was always fresh and I visited at least three times since working in this area. I've not visited a Shoney's in a while and this was a great experience to see that it was still a wonderful place to visit and have a good meal at a very reasonable price. The customer service there is very welcoming everyone was pleasant and made me feel welcome.

It was Great. The food was really good and the Staff were exceptional.. They were courteous, friendly, and prompt. In this day and at this point in time, you rarely find a place to eat where the staff are Not rude. I would recommend that Shoneys over any other place I been in a long time. Great food, and Great Customer service. What a rare find in the twenty first century.

Met co-workers here for breakfast. Honestly the best damned breakfast buffet you can get got the money. Of course we dined right at opening and EVERYTHING was fresh hot and tasty. Our waiter was extremely attentive and all over keeping our coffee cups full. Haven't been for breakfast in quite awhile but for service and food like that I think I'll start going back more often.

My first time at a Shoney's. The food: basic American comfort. Fried chicken, baked chicken, baked pork chops, mashed potatoes, greens. All buffet style with soup and salad bar. They also have a regular menu. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. I took off one star because the floor was sticky throughout the dining area and needed a good mopping. I would eat there again.

The food was fresh and plentiful. The server was friendly but not intrusive. The only part of our experience that disturbed me was the actions of some other guest that would be simply rude when seated in another server's section. The ignorance of some people never cease to amaze and frustrate me. Keep up the good work and thank you for your variety of servers.

Been a while since I've been to this one. Used to go to Bell Rd. or Smyrna. Smyrna is Blah. Bell Rd. is GONE! About 7 p.m. and drizzly out they weren't that busy but the buffet bar was fresh and HOT! Quality was good. Restaurant appeared clean (everyone was cleaning as they went), and staff was friendly. Server Kayla was on-point bussing my table and never let my tea run dry! Manage Lorenzo was super nice also. Only negatives here were no meatloaf(Bell Rd used to have it on Sunday) and you can't add a tip to a gift card. EDIT: I went back a couple weeks ago and they had MEATLOAF! Kayla and Jennifer were awesome serving and the buffet attendant was knocking it out of the park. I'll give them their star back. 5 stars!
