Pizza Hut

The place looked very clean which was good. But there was no dining area at all inside the area. Well I ordered a Supreme pan pizza and when I got my bill the lady charged me an extra dollar for extra cheese but I didn't say I wanted extra cheese. And I hadn't been to this Pizza place for a long while. I would say if you have a craving for Pizza their small Pan pizza's won't satisfy you. It maybe another size smaller than a small Pizza. The size I'm talking about is about the size of a woman's hand.

Pizza was okay. Staff was excellent. Just a bad part of town, I guess. I had to wait in a tiny room with many other people to get my pizza. It was passed to me through a slot under a bulletproof window like I was at a check cashing joint. Would feel better if I had been able to check store conditions and observe staff before I ordered. Probably won't ever go back.

The quality of the food was poor. It seems to have declined in recent months. The taste seems increasingly artificial and processed. The employees had to be asked by customers to put out more pizza and pasta when clearly everything was empty. The customer service was pretty poor. I had to ask our server to bring us some plasticware. She was in a mood, a poor mood, it seemed. No one greeted guests as they walked in the door. Additionally, the music they play at this location can be a bit abrasive. If they're going to play music, then it shouldn't be some of this current rap and hip hop.

I made a visit to this location about a month ago. It had been a while since I have went to this location but I'm so glad I decided to go. I placed my order online. My order was not ready when I got there which was ok. Cause when I got my food it was hot and tasted Great. Will definitely order from this location again.

Had an AWESOME experience today. Chocolate and Red our 2 (two) servers were on point. They were the only employees here and they kept everything stocked and refilled without a compliant. I've been here before and there were 4 or more employees, the service was really bad. The buffet was not replenished, without customers asking, the dinning area was not cleaned up. Please acknowledge these two staff members for all their hard work and the effort they put fort to satisfy the customer.

I order the Family Feast Dinner Deal with a stuffed crust supreme pizza for me and my man and a 1- topping pepperoni pizza for my kids my kids pizza was well done cooked exactly how I wanted it but my stuffed crust pizza was terrible the dough was light and soon as I picked my pizza up all the toppings slid off I called up there talked to a manger she said she would fix it but when my boyfriend got up there he said the manager was being smart and rolling her eyes he bought the pizza back and they got the redo wrong I said forget it and left the pizza alone. I will be calling a higher power of management that is over her and I will not be ordering from that location because this is the second time happening.

This place is locked down like a prison! I ordered through glass and the pizza was slid though a drawer! Maybe they just need a security guard on duty? A big metal door with a keypad to get into the dining room. I saw no customers inside. I got my pan pizza home and it had very little sauce and not many toppings. I've dined in here a few years ago and was served a great pan pizza! I don't know what happened, but this place has gone downhill! I would drive extra miles and pay double before I went here again!
