Ribeyes Steakhouse

Recently,they can be hit or miss on the doneness of their steaks in my opinion. I'm sure its because they have different folks cooking them on different days but a medium rare is still an objective standard. Having said that , the quality of the raw ingredients is very high, let's just work on consistency of final product. Mind you, the steak was very good but it was at a medium well done level which for my tastes was overdone when I ordered medium rare. My mom had the oyster platter which was excellent. Oysters were plump and apparently very fresh, as I couldn't smell any fishy aroma. Excellent breader ,very tasty . Overall ,I do recommend since it is a great option for excellent food in a small town setting.

Had a great experience at Ribeyes Steakhouse this evening. I got a 12oz steak that was cooked very nicely with great flavor. The service was friendly and were very attentive to our table, even with us being back in the "party room" by ourselves. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're looking for a good steak and unlimited salad and soup bar. Also, they aren't on the menu, but they DO have french fries. 😋

This a very good regional steak house. Most dinners come with an unlimited salad bar. The Salad bar has a decent assortment of vgtables and toppings. My wife and I got the 8 oz Ribeye with the special of the day that was a skew or Shrimp. I asked for Medium rare and the wife got a medium well - Both came out Medium so I guess they just took the average. The steak was very good even if not cooked to temp.
