Red Lobster

This location had people waiting outside, and they indicated if would be about a thirty minute wait because they only had three servers on. I was a bit skeptical, but curiosity got the better of me. Shortly thereafter I received a text indicating that they were ready to seat me. It did take a little time for them to come to my table after initially being seated, but I understood the situation. The service picked up and my waitress didn't miss a beat. The whole team of servers frequented wash table and help each other out. The food was excellent. I'm glad I gave them a chance. Hats off to their staff.

The service was not great. The host was not friendly and wasn't present for at least 5 minutes upon us walking in. Once we were seated, the waitress whom seemed to be fairly new, was pretty quick with the service but had a hard time focusing and in turn missed our appetizer. The taste of the food was not very flavorful even after adding salt and pepper; however, the portions were satisfactory. The food was worth the inexpensive price we paid due to the portion size. The restaurant was dated and definitely could use some renovations. The women's restroom smelt horrible, was dim, and had a large puddle of water in one of the stalls. I'm not sure if I would dine here in the future.

We were seated and ordered appetizers with drinks. Waited significantly long before being able to order dinner or get dinner. Asked for lemon when I ordered my meal. Had to go find a manager to finally get my lemon. Finally got a drink refill. Food had set for sometime before it was delivered to table.
