China Bell

Good customer service keeps me coming back. Very reasonable prices. But what brought me here today to post a review is the fact. China Bell actually prepares their dishes exactly the way the picture look. There's not to many places that does this correctly. 1. The picture is what drew my attention to make my food chose. 2. It tastes just as good as it look. I know the kitchen doesn't always get it praise but I would like to take this time out of my life and show some love to the kitchen. SUPER JOB! You guys never fail me. Blessings on Blessings to you all.

Our food we bought yesterday night, BEFORE China Bell, was closely closing... Was AMAZING, AND.... AND HOT!!!!. OMG... Seriously!. Basically, everything was on a point!.... On me!. It was my Spouse birthday, yesterday, and I believe, based of his reaction's, he enjoyed that birthday meal... Absolutely!. Our children, ALSO enjoyed it!... Even though, I have picky eater's, and I PROMISE, I'am NOT getting paid to post this!. Thank you ALL, China Bell! 💓💓💓 Also I hope I don't EVER get disappointed, because I read other negative bad view's. So I will keep note of checking my food before I go, because I really will hate to be told, about the manager, is not there, and is nothing they can do!. I feel EVERYONE should check their food before they go!. Although, again... Thank you China Bell!.

Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan from lunch menu. Very thin slivers of chicken as white as sheet of white paper. Upon going back w/Order, was told it was white meat from chicken (never seen chicken as white as paper - even uncooked); frozen UNCOOKED PEAS and CARROTS further contributed to this disgusting food. Asked to speak w/owner; told owner was in Atlanta and there is "no refund, no return" policy. What's w/uncooked, frozen veggies in supposedly cooked dish. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

This place is awesome! So glad I found it. First off, the care they took in packaging the food was absolutely top notch. They put an lot of thought and practicality into that. Clearly they are passionate. Really great price points too. Very satisfied with the food and what we paid. It was my first time, will not bey last time. I will say, don't mean to be gloomy, but clearly lots of places are desperate for help these days. The staff here was incredibly hospitable and kind. It really stood out. We ordered lots of great stuff, really recommend the #73 amongst others. Delighted.

The owner is hilarious. Some people say they're rude in their comments but they are just misunderstanding the humor. They are super nice and always joking around. The staff seems to always be having a good time. The food is awesome. And the prices.... especially lunch specials....are great. But I love the coconut shrimp the best. It costs a little more but it's sooooo worth it. I have been coming here for 3 years since I moved to Madison. I tried the other places and came right back and stayed a customer of china bell bc their food is the best. And I always get a laugh when I pick up my order.
