Domino's Pizza

As many if you know they have a tracker app on their website when you place an order. At first i was happy "oh they made the order really fast yay its actually gonna take the 35 min est delivery time.." Than I was dissapointed that my order was made and sat there in "quality check" for an hour and 15 mins. Just sitting there for over an hour after being cooked. Than it finally goes out for delivery and than it shows the delivery driver in my area. So i go outside looking for him. He calls 1 time i run to the phone he hangs up. I call right back. They said oh its coming dont worry. Never shows. Than they cancel my order n take it back to the store. What a joke! I called right back. Waited almost 2 hrs for nothing. My daughter was hungry. Never again!

The Domino's tracker said that my order was being quality checked at 5:45 p.m. but somehow my order was not delivered until after 7pm and without an apology and explanation. I should've been contacted if there was a delivery problem like being short on drivers. This has happened too often and I'm fed up with the Madison, Tennessee location.

Absolutely terrible communication and service. Ordered my pizza at 5 pm, was at quality check at 5:38… at 6:30 still said quality check so I called just to check on status. They stated that they only had one driver and that they were behind. This was fine and I understood that happens. They said the driver was 8 minutes away and our order was first up to go out which was no problem. Another hour went by and no pizza, I called again. With no urgency they stated the driver took out other orders and skipped over ours that had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours. No resolution or further options were given other than canceling our order or waiting yet another hour from that manager. Also, this is the second time this has occurred with this location.

on 12/7/21 I tried to oder for delivery and was told they had no driver. Ok.. things happen. I ordered delivery today, 12/8 online. I placed my order @4:36 and it was delivered 6:35. We called an hour in to check on the status and was put on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back. Once we got through to an employee, we were told we were next for delivery. We still waited another hour and were told they had only one driver and our pizza would NOT be cold. Our pizza was COLD! $43 for a two hour wait and cold pizza. Normally, I would have just gone to get it, but I've been very ill, hence the delivery. I LOVE Domino's, but after tonight, I'm reconsidering. CALL AHEAD AND FIND OUT WHAT THE WAIT TIME IS!
