Pizza Hut

If I could give this store a ZERO I absolutely would. My last order was about two months ago and it was delivered to the wrong address and was cold once we located it and our lunch hour had passed. Tried to give them another chance today and place a pre-order at 10:30 am to be delivered at 11:30 am. When the pizza did not arrive and the app did not update I called to check status and was told by a very rude female "Oh I'm about to cancel your order because there isn't a cook or a driver here." This store is ridiculous.

When we pulled into the parking lot we weren't sure they were open. Called and placed an order for pickup and told them we were parked outside. Mentioned my child with special needs in the car and the sweet girl on the phone offered to bring our order out to the car. Delicious, fast, and unexpectedly superb service!

Well, my pizza finally arrived, it took 2x longer than it said on their site (almost 2 hrs from placing online). My biggest peeve is that if they dont answer your call right away, there is NO REASON to wait on hold, they will NEVER answer. Instead, call back, and they MIGHT pick up on the second ring... I learned this after waiting on hold for over 17 minutes on the first call. On the bright side, the pizza and breadsticks were still hot and the delivery person followed the directions. Considering my place was only 1.5 miles from the store, this wait was still extensive. As other reviews have stated, not the best pizza, crust was a little doughy, but after putting it in the oven an extra 15 min, it was decent. Maybe a pro-tip, idk since I didnt use it at this location this time, but it might be better to use a delivery service like Uber Eats for quicker/on-time delivery.

They ignored every instruction. I asked for buffalo pizza with a side of garlic sauce. They gave my garlic pizza, an a sife of buffalo, they say i didnt pay for garlic side. But i obviously did if you have me the buffalo. Delivery time kept extending. Then they dropped it at the wrong room. No way to leave reviews on the app. Instead of calling or messaging what they couldnt do they just wrote it on the box. Wont order here again. Its so hard to make a decent pizza apparently.

Ordered a pizza at 5:30pm and its 8 pm still no pizza. Called at least 10 times before getting the manager to answer and say it was delivered. After 3 or 4 times talking to her still no pizza, but she said she was making it and would deliver it herself. When I was trying to apologize for the confusion she hung up on me. I will not be ordering from there again.

Saw the reviews, but I figured I'd give these guys a try since I live and work in the city, but . was wrong. The pick up was as expected. The food was not done right, in the sense of the preparation. cheesy sticks weren't cut and the pizza was cut terribly. Had to ask the office next door for a knife. so that was SUPER inconvenient.
