Ordered an original combo and ask for onion rings instead of fries. Had to wait for the onion rings to cook, got home and had the smallest order of fries, no onion rings.

I will NEVER eat here again! Went here for my lunch break ordered a hot ham and cheese took my second bite and as I was chewing my food it felt like I was chewing on plastic so I took it out my mouth and looked at it and it was a fingernail ,not a acrylic nail a real fingernail. Most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me at a fast food restaurant !!

We used the drive thru. The cashier was courteous and repeated our order for clarity. The order came to the window quickly and was correct.

Don't order coffee or hashbrowns. They won't give you cream or sugar for your coffee and you have to wait 20 minutes to get it replaced. Also they throw your food in the bag upside down so everything spills.

Went through drive thru today at about 3pm. Our food was delicious and wait time was good. The young lady at window needs to be told to talk to customer not co-workers while handing out food. When she did speak to me to ask if I wanted salt or ketchup I didn't even understand if she was asking me or someone next to her. Then when I said Thank you before pulling away all she did was shut window and continue talking to co-workers. Did not speak one word directly to me. Very disrespectful.
