One of the best societies to stay in Kharghar .Fully functional Gym, swimming pool , squash court, tennis court, temple , garden , 24 hour security.
Even though it is a fairly old society ( 2006).
It is a bit away from main road hence most of the buildings don't get too much traffic noise . There are Kharghar hills on the backside of society which is a scenic view in monsoons. One can hear the birds chirping in morning from buildings like tulip , rose .

No society or project can give such free space in society per flat. Elite crowd, amazing maintenance, strong security, great club house and excellent flat layout n space, some amazing garden views or mountain views from lot of flats. It's a dream home to own a house here.

Well maintained, you can have a long morning walk around this place. Dont visit at evening after 6 PM, mosquitoes will drain you out.

Beautiful views from balcony in night. Good security. There are big mountain back side of the society and also rivers with many small and beautiful water falls.

A very good society to stay with family.
A lively place with 6 towers mostly 3 BHK and 1 tower is 2 Bhk.
Constructed in 2006 and mostly occupied by owners and renters.
Very few flats are unoccupied.
Mixed gentry ,mostly migrants from other states.
Rich and vibrant people make this place worth buying and staying forever.

The best society awarded in Kharghar and Navi Mumbai. A nice dwelling for kids and elders alike. Highly maintained and aesthetic. With a backdrop of beautiful hill. With the living standard of societies comparable to what i experienced in Nice- France.
