We took a mozzarella making class here and enjoyed every minute of it! The instruction was thorough and easy to follow, and the finished product was delicious fresh mozzarella to take home. They have a wonderful selection of out-of-the-ordinary cheeses that will definitely elevate your palate. Charming atmosphere, good wine, and great gift items make Gourmage a New Braunfels gem.

We had wonderful visit with bottle of wine and cheese board! Great customer service. I'm seeing some reviews taking about soups and sandwiches- this isn't that kind of place, I think those reviews are on wrong establishment! Everything was fantastic!

Gourmage is a wonderful asset of New Braunfels! They have great cheese, wine, charcuterie, chocolates and many other products. Great knowledgeable and personalized service too! Love visiting for happy hour or a snack and always leave with something extra from the shop. Can’t wait to go back.

I went to Gourmage two weeks ago & was so excited to find this shop & to come back. However, after my experience yesterday, I will never do so. The shop itself is very cute, with a small selection of wines, cheeses & chocolates & should be very inviting. The sales clerk who worked the 7/7/18 evening shift, was extremely unwelcoming, stand-offish & disinterested. This lady had no interest in explaining the products even after we asked questions, her answers were short one word answers. My husband and I both felt this way & couldn't wait to get out of the store. It is very disappointing as I said before, I was so excited to go back. However, this one experience alone will prevent me from returning.
