Taco Cabana

We love TC! We look forward to eating there when we are in town. We pulled into the drive thru and noticed the new sign is very hard to read because the print is so small. The sign is too far from the speaker box so we parked and ordered inside ToGo. It took a little long to get our food. There was not a sense of urgency from the employees as we stood at the counter. We ordered fajita tacos, bean and cheese tacos, a chicken quesadilla and chicken flautas. We didn't get utensils or napkins. The guacamole for the flautas was just a big chunk of avocado that we couldn't dip the flautas in. The flautas and quesadilla was over done. The chicken quesadilla had huge chunks of onion and there was barely any bits of chicken. We do not want TC to go out of business. We just want you to know the issues we noticed so you can fix them. Thank you! Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

I keep giving this location a shot and each time they've messed up my order or I've been very disappointed with the food I've received. When it first opened I went and ordered chicken fajita nachos. Half of the chips didn't have cheese or meat (pictured below). I don't know how any employee could send these nachos out to a customer. The second time I went though the drive-thru and my nachos didn't have meat when I ordered chicken fajita nachos and I didn't have guacamole or sour cream and I had to go inside and get my order corrected. Today, for the third time my order was incorrect. I ordered the chicken fajita plate and I received beef fajita plate and we waited a really long time for our order. After three chances, I'm done. I'll order from the other New Braunfels location.

Tacos are 10 x better here best taco cabana tacos I’ve ever had biggest tacos and decent amount of cheese on them. Pico is ok queso is good. Pretty busy but the line moves decently fast. The first time I went here we had a little hiccup they forgot two of my tacos but the manager said she would replace them and took my name she even said I could go through the drive thru to pick it up. When I went through the drive thru the lady there knew exactly who I was before I even got to the window and was very polite. They were very organized when it came to fixing the problem. To be totally honest I didn’t even feel like I was at taco cabana because the customer service was just so above any other one I had been to. I thought maybe the big tacos were a fluke but ive been there three times now and every time they have been big. The reason I give it five stars is because it just blows the other taco cabanas out of the water in my opinion.

I waited in line for 13 minutes because the lady in front of me ordered two dozen tacos. I spoke to the manager and she said she won’t make them go inside for large orders and that the line moves just as fast. Meanwhile, the Chick-Fil-A next door can move 200 cars in one hour (that’s 3 minutes per car). The tacos are good but unless you have all day to wait, they’re not worth it. I will definitely not be returning to this store. Two enthusiastic thumbs down.

Good food...mostly good staff. Frances who runs the front end...does a fantastic job. Takes orders..cleans the front end..stocks the bar with sauces...assists with making tortillas....keeps the line of new customers moving...and all with a large smile and great attitude. Taco Cabana needs lots of employees like her. The food is good unless it has too much salt or spice. Overall a 5 out of 5...for Frances a 10 out of 5.

Family members and myself went to Taco Cabana to grab some quick lunch. Myself my niece and her two little girls.of course I paid but what surprised me was that the girls got kids meal and we got taco dinners and my bill was $ 24.80 WOW.LOW COST. Great place good food ,low prices,clean,good service. Take your family there you'll enjoy it.
