If you Dash for a living. Just get in drive through. I was asked two days ago to get out of line and go in because lobby is open until 8. Today I’m told get in line lobby is closed even though there is no sign stating so. At any rate you will not ever pick up on time from either store. (337 or walnut). Management needs to address this, same with ordering online to pickup. What’s the point of an online order if you are going to be waiting in the drive thru as either the customer or dasher? The point is a quicker food turn around. Also, if you can tell people to “pull around to the side we will bring it out” when you order in line why can’t we call (online or dash) and have it brought out real quick? Last note….if you are super busy and make no concessions for online or dash, why offer it during that time frame for people to complain ?

I work for DoorDash, I sat through their drive-through to pick up an order because it’s night time and their dining is closed. When I pull up to the sign to tell them I’m picking up an order the guy informed me that I have to go through the drive-through twice to pick up both orders because I can only pick up one at a time. This will be understandable if I was placing an order. However this order was placed before my arrival and should have been ready by the time I arrived. From the time that I received the order initially to the time that I pulled up to the sign at least 30 minutes had passed. It took me another 10 to 15 to get to the window and speak with the manager. I get paid per delivery and would’ve made $10 accumulatively from both of those orders meaning I made five dollars a piece off of each.And they were gonna tell me that I had to waste my time to go through a drive-through twice for orders that should’ve been ready already. I can understand there being a back up in orders and having to wait. But going through the drive-through twice when I paid per delivery is ridiculous. Especially when 45 minutes since I received the order by the time I reach the window had passed.

We went to the one by Walmart. Only the drive through was open. After 15 minutes in line 1 car had been served and 3 had left. We left and drive to the other one. Their lobby was open but We did the drive through. We were out of there in 10 minutes with our food that had been perfectly prepared. So, the one by Walmart is taco hell and gets 1 star. The other one was taco heaven and gets 5

Unprofessional staff. Girl at the drive thru kept talking down on me like I was a child. Had an Uber eats pick up order and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes nobody came up to me. So I went through the drive thru and was told I can’t get my pick up order that’d I’d have to come inside so I waited another 15 minutes just to get out of the line. Waste of time and money. Understand they’re understaffed but being talked down to was totally uncalled for.

Boo! Worst location in New Braunfels. Actually both of them, but this one in particular likes to play games on the afternoon and late night shift. They're either messing up orders constantly, or locking the lobby doors . Pretty ridiculous and I used to love taco bell... But I'll just spend my money elsewhere instead

Complete TRASH! First off I’ve never liked this Taco Bell to begin with. Their customer service is horrible! They have funky attitudes literally every time I go. Second I’m always missing items when I’ve ordered here. I’ve waited in line 45 minutes only to get my order & have to pull around because items are missing. Third lobby is open one day & closed the next. I am a delivery driver & constantly have to deal with them telling me to come inside. I’ve parked only to get out & their lobby is closed. I’ve gone through the drive thru only to be told come inside our lobby is open till 8pm. I’ve also gone through their drive thru at 9:20pm only to be told to come inside. Now cars are blocking me in line. When I finally get out of their ridiculous line & go inside. I’m now told their lobby closes at 10pm. Out of the three Taco Bell’s in New Braunfels they’re the only one that requires drivers to come inside. Let’s also make it clear that I don’t mind going inside to get an order. I honestly prefer to go inside due to long wait times while waiting in their drive thru. Stick to consistent lobby hours! It’s not that hard!
