Where do I begin. Me and my wife went in around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. It took about 15-20 minutes to seat us even though it was not crowded and there were plenty of seats. Oh well, not a big deal. Our server Mackenzie was incredible. She seemed very genuine and overall had a great personality. My wife even said she was the best server she’s ever had. She paid extra attention to my wife unlike most female servers who pay more attention to the man in hopes of getting a big tip. Our food came out about 25 minutes after we ordered it. We got lemon pepper boneless wings and Parmesan garlic boneless wings with tater tots. I am not joking when I say that food made me want to kill myself. It was one of the worst things either of us have ever tasted in our entire lives. We tried to eat as much as we could so we didn’t make it awkward for Mackenzie but it was hard. My wife tried eating them with ketchup but that only made it worse. I can honestly say I have never had a wing that tastes THAT bad. I thought I was in prison for a second. The food was so bad that I would have honestly rather eaten roadkill. My wives father wouldn’t even eat these and he’s basically a garbage disposal. I wouldn’t even feed these to my dogs. Hell I wouldn’t feed these to my worst enemy! They were cold too, I bet they were from last night. Good atmosphere though. Great server. Disgusting food.

Ordered through door dash at 6:33. Just received order at 9:45. They said someone stole my order. I’m guessing they don’t ask dashers for proof of purchase? They also forgot 10 wings so someone in my group missed their food completely. And to make things better they didn’t package any ranch or blue cheese as requested after giving away my order to a stranger. Lovely.

I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option. I called the restaurant and they said that the wait was 10-15 minutes for 6 people. Walked in 5 minutes later. The two hostesses said it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I mentioned that I had called ahead. The hostess told me that the 'To-go' person doesn't know the wait time. They aren't even busy. They have tons of tables open and all kinds of staff standing around watching TV, laughing and playing...but they're too busy to wait on us. On top of that, the restroom was grimy and disgusting!!

Really good food like usual yet they only had one server poor girl was just back and forth by herself.

I went here to pick up an Uber Eats order and was one of the longest waits I have ever had. I arrived and they said it would be about 5-10 minutes so I thought it would be quick. 25 minutes later they said that they did not see that my customer had another order of chicken and just now started to cook it. It took over 35 minutes for a simple order, very displeased.

I went in for lunch and asked for a booth. We were told there was a wait time, so we said we would wait at the bar. The host sat someone who just came in the door without letting us know that the table was ready. We mentioned it to the host, who walked off into the kitchen and wandered around the restaurant, so after a few minutes, we stopped the manager who was walking by. What an attitude! He was treating us like the enemy. We were civil towards him, but he was very argumentative and rude. He should not be in a management position since he does not know how to talk to people. Mike, the manager, has a major chip on his shoulder.

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered traditional wings with buffalo dry rub, got it home and it wasn't the right dry rub. Called was told I was wrong and that if it was too spicy they could make me something different...long story short I pick up wings that I didn't really want just for them to admit that they were wrong. They didn't provide me a refund or offer to make what I ordered in the first place.

If I could give zero starts I would. We haven't been to this location in several months because my husband got food poisoning the last time we came... But today we really wanted wings and came here again.... The hostess sat us in a booth...we sat for 20 mins and we got impatient, therefore, my husband found the manager and asked where is the waiter for our booth, manager just stated sorry and said that the section we were sat in was closed... Then said we can get moved to another section but have to wait for a table. We got up and left. During that whole 20 mins the hostess kept looking at us and other employees too.. poor customer service and poor management. We have learned our lesson to stop coming here!! P.S. a couple of years ago we used to come here all the time because of how awesome their employees and managers were but now it's horrible!!!!!
