Taco Bell

I just need to preface by saying I absolutely love Taco Bell. However, I stopped by this location to grab a quick breakfast burrito on my way back to San Antonio. I ordered the potato and egg one with no cheese, and added avocado. I absolutely cannot have dairy. It’s a huge huge problem for me. So I get halfway through eating the burrito, and I see that there is cheese in here! It’s not like the location was even busy when I went. There was nobody else there, no distractions, and they gave me the burrito with the avocado, but they still put cheese in there. So in a couple of hours I am going to feel like my appendix is burst because my insides are gonna hurt so bad. Like what if I had a full on allergy? What if I was hospitalized because they just didn’t care.

They will SPIT in your food. Went through the drive thru and they were missing my chips and cheese. I walk inside and was never acknowledged, despite it not being busy. Even the manager just walked right past without a care. After several minutes of them glancing at me and doing nothing, I finally just announced my purpose there. They turned their back to me. After a ridiculous wait and another attempt at getting their help, they finally get my cheese, but kind of turned away and had it out of sight before closing it. I immediately knew what happened, and sure enough when I open my cheese at home, there’s a clear liquid floating on top.

By far the WORST taco bell I have ever had the misfortune of going to. We are on vacation stopped by around 11 yesterday. Spent $40 and out of the 5 of us not a single one had their order right. We got two chicken quesadillas, they left off the cheese, made them taste horrible. The chips were extremely stale. I got a steak power bowl, asked for extra avocado ranch and they left that off completely. The bowl wasn't even half full. It was straight lettuce. They also left off the quacomole. The staff has got to be the RUDEST employees of any establishment I have been to in a very long time. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else.

Food was terrible, chalupa shell was hard, bean burritos tortillas were hard and not rolled right, Mexican pizza very sloppy, broken in pieces and ingredients uneven, one section on each Mexican pizza I ordered had no sauce and cheese on it. The only thing I ordered that was ok was the hard tacos. I'm a taco bell fanatic, traveling and specifically got this hotel because taco bell was next door. Disappointed ☹️

This is by far the BEST Taco Bell I have been to in San Antonio! The employees are very polite and respectful always calling me Ma'am and my husband Sir. The food is also very very good. Its hot when we get it and they use just enough sauce on everything (not too much or too little). My hard tacos were actually crunchy, not limp like they usually are at other Taco Bells. Most importantly, our order is always correct when we get it. We have never had to go back to get a missing item or had a wrong item put in our order. And, they are quick! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order both in restaurant and in the drive through. These guys are the best! Its really hard in these crazy times to find good service anymore, but these guys do. Keep rocking y'all!
