Fiesta

The tacos here are AMAZING! I ordered the Al Pastor, Cecina, and Pollo. Very fresh and flavorful! On Tuesday they have Taco Tuesday where select tacos are $1 each. On weekends they have quesadilla de birria which is also to die for. I also had a Chamoyada and I'm addicted. Order ahead before you get there because this place is jumpin! Will definitely be coming here alot more.

I had to eat super salty nachos that literally could barerly eat. Still, I thought I'd give them another chance. This time I wanted a steak burrito but they didn't even have steak for a burrito! Ok fine, so how about I get a torta instead? Well I got my torta, but it literally only had quesillo and ham without no tomato lettuce or any of the extra things that a torta had. nothing.

After being put on hold to get an English speaker my order was still wrong. I ordered Bisrec Encebollado (steak with onion), kids cheese quesadilla and a chicken fajita. When I got home I got an overloaded chicken quesadilla and Celina Ranchera (salted beef) which was burnt. The beans and rice weren't seasoned but guess thats cool since the beef was salty. Even the sauces lacked flavor, just crushed pepper sauce. Can't say I am in a rush to try it again. First Mexican place I ate at that lacked seasoning and totally botched the order. I will say it was ready when I arrived and it was less than the 30 minutes I was informed it would take.

The barbacoa was good, little bit pricy for 1/2 lb. They do what they can to accommodate outdoor dine in. Beef tongue tacos were not good. The meat tasted old and it was dry, like it was not fresh. I thibk they can do better. We did the long drive but go eat barbacoa. It is OK if you are local to that area but if you have to drive more than 20 mins not worthy
