During my visit to Baluchi in Delhi, I was impressed by the upscale and fancy interior, which immediately sets the tone for a luxurious dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance is truly noteworthy and contributes to a refined atmosphere.
The service was another positive aspect of my visit. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and added a pleasant touch to the overall dining experience.
However, when it came to the food, I found myself with mixed feelings. I opted for the Butter Chicken, a classic favorite. While it was satisfactory, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked that extra something to make it truly remarkable. The dish was decent but not particularly captivating.
In conclusion, Baluchi offers a fancy and sophisticated ambiance, complemented by friendly and attentive service. While the food, like the Butter Chicken, falls into the okay category, it doesn't quite reach the level of fascination I was hoping for. If you're seeking a refined dining environment with decent cuisine, Baluchi might still be worth a visit.

Stayed in the hotel and so decided to try their restaurant, the food is just incredible. It's hard to describe in words. Waiters are dressed in Rajasthani outfits. Nice to have such food.
