Fine dining restaurant with North Indian cuisine. Ambience is a bit royal with mirrors all around, chandeliers, mother of pearl inlay in tables! Menu is limited but everything have heart and soul of taste in it! We had Mushroom shorba and Dahi ke kabab ! Both were of fine dining quality. In main course we had Mushroom and green onion sabji. That combo was first for me and it worked out very well. Onion Kulcha and Missi roti were awesome as well. Dal Makhni is called Dal veda here and it is slow cooked overnight.

Had lunch here. The food was ok. Didn’t find it any better from its competitors. We ordered burger, pizza and pasta. The pasta had huge amount of cheese in it which overpowered any other flavour in it. The service was good and staff was polite. The ambiance was also good. Overall Chillis did not live up to the expectations.

I had been to Veda, Connaught Place with my girlfriend on her birthday last week. We were actually looking for a nice, romantic place to spend evening together and were passing by this place when we noticed around 4 families waiting outside Veda in CP. We could notice from outside that this must be a good place to be in, and we waited for around half an hour but that was worth it. The ambience of the place is too good and relaxing, you feel as if you are sitting in a legendary place with candles lit around you. Finally a place where there is not much sound or disturbance. This is a very nice place esp for couples to spend time together. Food was also very tasty and again not very expensive. Their staff and way of serving was quite impressive. I shall recommend all to visit this place once and I’m sure you’ll love my choice!
