Awesome place for authentic pizza, pasta and more. Service was great. The prices were moderate. I will definitely visit this place every time I visit Delhi.

BEST CAFE TO VISIT IN GTB NAGAR
this was my first visit to spezia bistro and it was totally worth goin there. Soo i had ordered
Garlic knots-5/5 honestly inwas not expecting this much good dish from them. It was super yummy served with salsa and there special made mayo on side.
Chicken grilled pizza(pan baked)-5/5 this was also very freshly prepared pizza from there menu. I ordered pan baked. Pizza was sooo soft and fluffy and flavourful in ebery bite and Full of toppings.
note- they have a very cute arcade gaming station to recall 90's kids with there childhood and its totally free of cost soo enjoy your visit
OVERALL MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO VISIT THERE.

Great feeling has you step in, the greenery is a welcome sign. Don't give this spezia bistro a miss, if you are in Hudson Lane. It's very very good. I just loved the ambience. The staff is polite, the service is good and the pizza, Garlic knots, veg sizzlers, watermelon mojitos are amazing. We had their classic margarita and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious. Wood fired and thin crust. A great place to relax and chill. The prices are okay, not steep. Surely worth the place that it is. It's my most favourite among all the other places and cafes that I visited during my recent visit to Hudson Lane.

Budget friendly, have a nice ambience and serving good variety of food. Staff is polite and service is also good.

This is an awesome place. I had been to both Noida and GTB Nagar restaurants, both are amazing. In vegetarian, I love the garlic knots and cottage cheese tocsana. I had dry munchurian and macho nacho combo during my first visit. Staff is courteous too. Food takes some time to prepare but it's worth it and not much delay.
Overall, totally love this place and fully recommend Spezia Bistro.

The restaurant was great. It had a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a menu with delicious choices. I enjoyed a tasty meal from start to finish. It's a fantastic place to have a memorable dining experience.

Garlic knots are worth trying. And the ambience is very good and mesmerizing. It is usually busy all day. Honey chilli potatoes were also delish. The price of mocktails is a bit higher as compared to the quality. It is located on the first floor.

One of the best cafe ever visited👌🏻👌🏻 Food, Ambiance, Service & Staff seriously up to the mark🏆. We have ordered white sauce pasta along with Jamun Drink, Pasta was just amazing but the Jamun drink was ultimate. 100% recommended place.

Ambience is just awesome.
It has a swing also inside. If you wanna try some Italian food with Desi touch then this is the place for it.
They also offers cheesilicious spaghetti made on cheese wheel. And they actually do it in front of you.
So at here, you can assure that your dining experience will be amazing.
