American Express Platinum Lounge

The American Express Lounge is a cozy lounge to hang out with self and the family and friends whenever in and around the airport. It is situated just next to the boarding gate 27 by the name Centurion. The place can seat around 30 people in all. The staff here was quite attentive and the view of the runway was sweet. Even the The food quality and variety was a little underwhelming however.

Amazing service, super kind staff, and surprisingly good food (particularly the buffet options). They also have beer/wine options. It’s definitely small but it has everything anyone can ask for. Regarding the comments on no wifi - they seem to have recently addressed that since there was a wifi code provided when we asked. Overall a 10/10 experience!

During my recent visit to the American Express Lounge at Delhi Domestic Terminal 3, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The lounge itself was relatively small, but this worked to its advantage as it provided a sense of privacy and a less crowded atmosphere. It was a treat to savor such high-quality cuisine while waiting for my flight. However, what truly made the visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kishan. From the moment we entered, he greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It was refreshing to see an employee in the service industry who genuinely seemed happy to be there. Kishan's work ethic was commendable, and his dedication to his role was evident in the outstanding level of service he provided. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Kishan deserves kudos for his exceptional service. Overall, my visit to the American Express Lounge at Delhi Domestic Terminal 3 was a delightful experience. The combination of a small, private space, delicious Indian cuisine, and the outstanding service provided by Kishan made it one of the best lounge experiences I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable pre-flight experience.

Modest size cozy lounge. Small assortment on display. Courteous staff take orders. Be nice to see the menu for options. Good veg options with poha and upma. Chuteny and sambhar. Uttapam on order was good looking on top but burnt on lower side. Single egg omelet with brown toast was done right. Coffee was served hot. Convenient location. Great views of the runway.. be back for sure..
