Stopped at KFC store at Cannaught Place at New Delhi for dinner during our visit. Here goes the review: The store is located at a very good location with ease of access by metro and road. The restaurant has the option of self service using the digital kiosk facility. The entire ordering and payment experience was easy and simple. The order was promptly served by the staff. The restaurant has plenty of space and seating capacity.

Seems to have been recently refurbished which gives the outlet a new look even though it's been around for quite a bit. The most visible new additions are the self service kiosks. Unlike the outlet at vasant vihar, this still had the manned counters as well, so no one was using the kiosks. The ladies washrooms were quite filthy and almost unusable. The gents, less so, even though they were virtually being used at public conveniences with people coming in off the streets. Tried the deserts for the first time, mudpie and mousse.. Not too bad

It was an absolute delight! As a longtime fan of their delicious fried chicken, my expectations were high and KFC did not disappoint. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Staff members were friendly and efficient, ensuring service was prompt and attentive. It made the whole dining experience more enjoyable. Food: 5

I recently visited KFC and was thoroughly impressed with my dining experience. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma of freshly prepared food set the tone for what was to come. The menu offered a wide variety of options, each one as tempting as the next. I decided to try their signature fried chicken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was perfectly cooked, boasting a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, flavorful meat. It was clear that quality ingredients were used in its preparation.

KFC has always been my first priority , To feed my hunger, my choice is Briyani Bucket 🪣 ♥️ Love it ! Yes one thing would like to say Their keosk wasn't working that day and I waited almost Half an hour to make my order . Guys you need to fix it . And Make at least 2 counters for order placing . Love to KFC ♥️

This is located on main road to CP, between Kasturba Gandhi marg and Janpath Marg (Scindia house). It is a big spacious facility, has automated order machines or walk to the counter and get help from wonderful staff. Neat and clean facility although washrooms were too claustrophobic and male urinals awkwardly built - design faulty. Food was good as KFC. We tried their Biryani chicken and price v reasonable (below 200). It as bland rice and quantity just right for one person (not huge which is great). Chicken wonderful as always. All good, Management should re do the washrooms please. Recommended
