Very good service. All the staff is very cooperative. The working process is very fast. The system of making line is very good. They provide a token number by entering the mobile number of the machine , you will be called by automatic machine with your tokan number and counter number where you should be called for the billing process. After that you will take a sample.

The sample collectors are so experienced and welcoming with everyone with smile, ALWAYS ! They'll do light conversation while prepping you and that will help you calm down. My veins are never found easily but they are patient everytime and didn't cause any pain ever. Also, my 1 and half year old boy had to blood tests and they withdrew blood with so much understanding, PROPERLY without mistakes and QUICKLY without causing him too much stress. elsewhere, they weren't able to find his vein and couldn't hold my baby still when the needle was in, so that caused him unnecessary pain and even the blood couldn't be withdrawn! Totally recommend this branch
