Costa coffee is by far one of the best coffee houses I have ever been to ... I am a regular visitor of this place. Reason being the cosy ambience, welcoming staff and awesome coffee.. I am a fan of their hot chocolate!!! I would recommend this place to everyone.. this place is apt for all kind of purposes, be it a official meet, a date, or just to spend some alone quality time. Not to mention a good collection of books that is available.. all in all.. I love this place!

A wonderful place to work, have meetings or just sit back, relax, and enjoy your favourite cuppa. Costa quality in a location that seems to be ”far from the maddening crowd.”Great coffee, great time and best part is, newspaper. Just like old school life.

Snacks, coffee, service were very good. Rates reasonable, quantity sufficient. Only problem was that net doesn't work there and the password they provide expires in a short while.
Otherwise good, not noisy, if you do not need the net, can go there definitely.

Costly but great location and really nice layout with ample space inside to sit comfortably. Would especially recommend to those looking for some solace in a quiet place, say to work on the laptop over lovely coffee ☕ and sandwiches.

This is a must go each time I visit South ex part II market. After I shop till I drop I sit and chill here for a while sipping some nice hot coffee and warm tea cakes. It's on the first floor and there is a lift as well. The staircase is broad and easy to climb. The staff is warm and friendly. There is a nice ambience and during the day you are likely to see men conducting meetings and women gossiping over endless cups of coffee.

I have been to this place for the first time. Its really a good place to chill and relax, with some good coffee and light snacks. We tried Cappuccino Medium Cup of coffee with Blueberry Muffin. Both the things were amazing. The place is very near to the South Extension Metro station, and near to the ring road as well. We went here at 9 pm, and the place was not crowded enough, which i liked. But they have big space which can accommodate many people. They also have washroom inside their coffee shop. So we had some good chat and it was very peaceful and relaxing here. I wish to come here again.

I just love the costa coffe chain, they have wide variety of coffees and its better than other coffee brands. The South Extension outlet is pretty big and the ambience is also great. Overall a pleasant experience.
