Pizza Hut

Fantastic food at this pizza hut. The brand lives upto its name. One problem was music was too loud and even after requesting the staff to either stop or reduce it. service was good. food was great. water was not served at the table in the classic pizza hut big glasses, would not have mind paper cups but water was not served at all. Ambiance and atmosphere could be better. Nowhere close to Janpath pizza hut, there they value their customer more. Overall saviour was the taste of food. Some hardwork is required by the staff and management of janakpuri pizza hut on the above points.

To my surprise this particular outlet was a bit slow in everything though its located in one of the busiest and happening location in town with heavy footfall during weekend and holidays. Staff there was fine but something was missing. Food was fine but again something was missing....cold drink what we ordered with less ice was loaded with ice ruing the taste. Garlic bread was awesome and best like no other could beat in taste. Overall an average experience.....music was too loud though it should be on normal volume. I visited this outlet after long time but would have to rethink twice or thrice before to visit again.....

Pizza was good & tasty but the waiting time was too high which could irritate customers to move to another store. The staff was polite and professional. We can add some extra veggies if we have increased the price of the pizza. We can also try some new pizza recipes. The pizza base can be more crispy and have a good amount of cheese on it with toppings.
