Very friendly staff. I tried couple of times in different places in airport, their Hospitality is really too good! On top of it when I went for milk for my kid, they didn't take a penny despite I offered them money many a number of times. That was really a nice gesture from them.

Coffee is very good and servive is also quick. They should redesign their lids for better sipping, it should not burn your lips.. Look starbucks lids

Visiting from US, we had a layover at Delhi airport and stopped by Costa at Terminal 1(Domestic Airport, spot in front of Indigo Check in).
Coffee and food is good but we were specifically impressed by the courteous, professional and polite demeanor of the person handling the requests (Suman Paul).
It was pretty refreshing as we found most of the places in Delhi offering a a hurried up, frown filled, disinterested and sometimes borderline rude service. I hope Costa keeps finding good people like Suman and continue to offer excellent service. This is our spot every time we go in there now.

You can have good quality of coffee here along with choices of vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks. Located on the uppermost level of the departure arena that can also be accessed by escalator and elevator.
