Baskin Robbins

Everybody knows what Baskin Robbins stands for and undoubtedly it will for a very long time. You get a lot of flavours of ice-cream, shakes and smoothies in the very fancy ways of presenting and putting things for customers. However, there's one suggestion that they can make use of and that is they need to make use of the idea of glocalisation which is simply being global while taking care of the local. It sure isn't a good feeling to pay so much for just an ice cream, especially when there are a lot of people around who cannot do the same as you simply because of the price. They wouldn't have to do a lot to take care of the taste buds of a larger part of the population. Some cheaper options won't hurt their business :)

The fresh fruit flavors are my favourite. I would choose baskins over any other counterpart on any day. A big fan . However the other day while I was eating I found tiny plastic bits along with the icecream which was obviously due to poor storage. When I confronted the server he says there is nothing he can do to.I would really like BR to be keen in such matters.
