Plaza Lounge

The lounge offered a tranquil and comfortable environment to relax in. The food selection was surprisingly diverse, with both hot and cold options. From fresh salads to warm entrees, the quality was impressive for an airport lounge. The beverage choices were excellent, including complimentary cocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic options. It's a perfect place to unwind and refuel before your flight. Highly recommended for a premium airport experience.

As of 13th Feb 2023, the lounge was operational but there was a long queue. International cards and virtual cards are not accepting currently. Now this is not a plaza premium lounge. May be run by dream folks. so many options were available in the morning like Idli, dosa, omlet, sausages, chole, bread, naan, corn flakes, tea, coffee etc. Overall I liked the taste and ambience though it was crowded

Plaza Premium Lounge - Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 (IGI T3) Domestic Departure • This lounge has two different sections - one for complimentary entry for Visa / MasterCard holders and the other for Diners / Amex / Priority Pass / Dragon Pass cardholders & directly paying customers. • There are separate queues for entry at the two sections and normally the queue for the Visa / MasterCard holders is longer than the other one, though both queues tend to move fast. • If the visit to the lounge is complimentary, one is allowed to stay for a maximum duration of two hours. • Even though the seating & dining areas of both sections are quite spacious, they are almost always fully occupied due to the heavy footfall. • Inside, the seats are very comfortable for spending a long time, though not enough for sleeping. • Overall cleanliness in the lounge is praiseworthy. Food is kept hygienically. Tables are emptied and cleaned promptly. The washrooms are taken care of very well. • Flight information display screens are placed strategically, so that visitors can access them easily. • Quality and variety of food & beverage is highly acceptable. Live counters are also there except at night. • Vegetarians please note that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are served here. • There is a bar counter, which remains closed after 11 PM. • The staff is well groomed and is eager to serve.

Visited Plaza Premium Longe before my flight. Its amazingly clean and maintained. Staff Khima, Jitender and others were very polite, respectful and helpful. And breakfast here at 4 AM was amazing. I would recommend people to visit this longe in domestic departure if they have time before their flight.
