Food is great. Nice mouth watering dishes. Tried masala dosa, uttapam, upma, rasam papad, biryani veg and to my surprise the malai chaap was also prepared very nicely. The ambience is something that can be worked upon a little bit to make it more attractive place to visit.

Food and ambience is great. I came after a long time but small suggestion to please improve the sauce served next to dosa like coconut and other chutney. The taste is chutney was flat.

The overall experience was good. I ordered Mix veg uttapam which was hard as it was re-heated. One more thing they are charging Rs. 100 for a glass of a cold drink which we can easily get in Rs. 20 from the market.

Sagar Ratna is the best place to eat if you are looking for a quick bite or a family meal or literally any occasion which calls for good food. It has the best instrumental music, obviously very tasteful and fulfilling food and a family ambience. Kids and adult friendly. Very homely. The South Indian thali is a must must try. Chinese is good too.

We had South Indian Thali. It was very good. Only lemon rice needs improvement.

The only problem is that the approach to the lift to the 3rd floor restaurant is very narrow and goes through a shop on the ground floor.
Second, the board of the restaurant is not visible clearly from ground level.
The dining hall is very spacious and service is good.
