Om Sai Bikaner Sweets

Dear Team, This is to inform you that yesterday I ordered a cake from OM Sweets and Bakers Restaurant, Chattarpur, Delhi in the morning around 9-10 am. When I received the order and opened it, the cake was all melted and was in a really bad condition. Seeing that, I thought that the delivery guy might be driving roughly and due to the hot weather this must have happened, so I ignored that and kept the cake in the fridge. After one hour, we cut the cake and ate it but it tasted very sour. Everybody present there felt the same taste and we checked the cake, we saw green fungus inside it. The cake was expired and had a really foul smell. I would like you to take a strict action against the responsible party. Awaiting your response as soon as possible.

Zero star I couldn't find... Worst of the worst food ever in delhi u wana eat, pls go ahead. The food they provide is paneer paratha without paneer and uncooked. Aloo puri have few pieces of boiled potato in low salt water, puris the size of bhatura n so thick that they even burn those but those aren't cooked indside out n rasgulla is all different... It will give u khatta taste na k meetha 😂😂😂 n dare u complaint to Zomato even with the real pictures coz their simple response is that the restraunt is saying they make it this way only 😂 dono ki mili juli dhandhli... Anyways I have filed a consumer complaint against both !

I have respect for the service restaurants are providing during the pandemic. However food is something that goes inside our body and I need to write this review. Avoid this restaurant! Don't fall for online offers. I was first told khandvi is unavailable. So food delivery customer care had to intervene to modify the order. When I got the food, following happened: 1) Stale food - Dhokla and dhokla sandwich were smelling bad. Samosa also looked old. I had to discard them all. 2) Wrong item - Got khasta kachodi instead of Onion. The khasta kachodi was stale. Got alu paratha instead of amritsari kulcha. The paratha was fresh thankfully. I mean, I had problem with each and every item! It could be a one off dissatisfied employee doing the packing. However after my order I realized the restaurant in general seems to have a bad review. Sorry for this review.

I ordered gulab jamun today via an online food delivery platform for an event at home and sweets completely spiled the party with its taste and quality which they are claiming,they maintain. The amount paid was also good and equal comparimg other stores like OM Sweetser, Nathu Sweets etc. So think twice before ordering.
